MY LIFE

ENCORE = ONE WAY OUT (The Allman Brothers)

Won't you come and lay on top of our grand piano?

Billy Joel brings the large band back to the Tributosaurus stage in November. We'll be joined by strings, horns, woodwinds, percussion -- not to mention 4 keyboardists -- in order to re-create the incredibly diverse array of ensembles Billy has worked with over the years. Chris and Curt's vocals will be augmented by Tributosaurus veteran sit-ins David Blamires, Ingrid Graudins and Steve Smith, as well as newcomer Larry King (no, not that Larry King) to help round out the sound. And there are a couple secret vocal guests this month too....but you gotta be there to find out who!
Great melodies, virtuoso performances, intricate arrangements...all trademarks of Billy Joel's sound.  You've sung along to a lot more of these tunes than you think. Billy's style has changed many times over that last 35+ years, and whatever your bent on his newer material, his catalog from 1971-1982 is one of the strongest runs in rock and roll. This portion of his career will be strongly represented at the show. What else might we do? I guess you'll have to come to the show to find that out, too....
